All of us want to cultivate new habits. However, after riding the initial high, we tend to get off track. This could be attributed to the many distractions that come our way and steer us away from our goals. Or simply because we aren’t motivated enough.
Thanks to James Clear’s PaperClip strategy, he tells us how the power of visual cues can help us channelize our focus towards our goals. I read about this strategy and I was astonished by how a simple strategy could work wonders.
So, I wrote for The Hindu thREAD about how a simple set of paper clips can help you achieve your targets. You can find my piece here.

Congratulations on getting featured in a very prominent newspaper. π It’s not opening right now (net’s been very slow for some reason), but will read once it does open.
